We review all accounts each year to make sure that you are getting the BEST possible price. Every renewal is reviewed carefully, and if rates have increased we look into why and if we feel there is a better company for you, we take the time to shop your rates without even being asked to. We take a PROACTIVE approach, not waiting for the client to call us asking why their rates have increased or if we can shop their rates. We do this automatically as part of our day to day service. We also strive to offer and do a full account review yearly with every client we have, but most importantly we take this time to say thank you for your business and allowing us to be your trusted insurance agency. Owner Layne A. Bowen spends the majority of his time involved in making sure these account reviews are done on every client and every renewal, because we strive to give you that extra degree of service.
